Location

Dr. Smith and Associates (previously called The Ashburnham Wellness Center) is located at 2 Narrows Road, Suite 101A in Westminster, Massachusetts, at the junction of Routes 2A and 140.

Directions

From Leominster and Points East:

1. From Route 2, take Exit 25.
2. At the end of the ramp, turn right.
3. We're located in the Sonoma Square Office Building on your left, just past the traffic light.

From Gardner and Points West:

1. From Route 2, take Exit 25.
2. At the end of the ramp, turn left at the traffic light.
3. We're located in the Sonoma Square Office Building at your immediate left.
